"It's difficult to sum up how wonderful Carmo is in only a few sentences - she is a chef who designs, creates and cooks menus that you wish will never end. Her ability to perfectly combine ingredients and flavours make any dish she cooks a pure joy to eat, whether it's for a large formal occasion or a family picnic on holiday. What's extra special about Carmo though is how relaxed, friendly and fun she is.
