Now a Londoner, I was born in Brazil to a family of Portuguese and Italian descent. My heritage informs my love of cooking, and I have drawn on these influences for the twenty years I’ve worked as a private chef. Versatile and knowledgeable, I have a passion for cosmopolitan cuisines, bringing to the fore my love of the freshest, locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients to every dish I prepare. Beautifully-presented but always personal, my dishes range from the relaxed to fine dining, from delicate Asian specialities to hearty Mediterranean fare, from tantalising Brazilian dishes to English and international favourites.
